How quickly can you deliver a porta potty?
In most cases, we can deliver within 24 hours. Same-day delivery is available in Springfield and Kansas City when you call before noon. For emergencies, we do our best to accommodate urgent requests.
What is included in the rental price?
Our rental prices include delivery, setup, and pickup. For weekly rentals, we include one service visit (pumping, cleaning, restocking). The unit comes fully stocked with toilet paper and hand sanitizer.
How many porta potties do I need for my event?
As a general rule: 1 unit per 50 guests for a 4-hour event. If serving alcohol, plan for 1 unit per 35-40 guests. For construction sites, OSHA requires 1 toilet per 20 workers. Call us for personalized recommendations.
Do you offer luxury restroom trailers?
Yes! Our luxury restroom trailers feature climate control, flushing toilets, running water, vanity mirrors, and premium finishes. They're perfect for weddings, corporate events, and VIP gatherings.
What if I need to extend my rental?
No problem! Just give us a call and we'll extend your rental. We'll also schedule additional service visits to keep the unit clean and well-stocked for the extended period.
Do you service portable toilets during the rental?
Yes, for rentals of one week or longer, we include regular servicing. This includes pumping out waste, restocking supplies, and thorough cleaning. Service frequency depends on usage volume.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Springfield MO, Kansas City MO, and surrounding areas including Joplin, Branson, Independence, Lee's Summit, Columbia, and more. Our service radius extends approximately 150 miles from our locations.
Are your units ADA accessible?
Yes, we offer ADA-compliant portable toilets that meet accessibility requirements. These larger units feature wheelchair access, grab bars, and lowered amenities. Required for public events and many construction sites.
